I can get you two ambulance variants for a tenner (GBP) each. The M1917 RPM-48002 and the M1917 A.E.F. RPM-48001. Both in 1:48. Interested?

zak

Yes please.
Will pay you at the show.

So ...back to the DH9 Ambulance, the top wing is on and rigged and now ready for a shave, wash and brush up and something for the weekend sir?

....and back to the Model T. Zak was right when he said that this is a little delicate. The springs and things underneath are very thin and delicate and the motor assembly is no different either. The engine block comes in two halves with a seperate cylinder head and front timing cover. The pulleys and fanbelt are one piece and the fan another. On top of that comes seperate bits for the exhaust, the air inlet and oil filter assembly, the radiator bottom hose etc. and in this scale it is a challenge for me. Never mind ist all good stuff. I must congratulate RPM on fit of parts, when you manage to control them in your tweezers they do fit where they are supposed to do. It is now beginning to look a bit like a vehicle with a bit of paint sloshed on in places.....not finished though. I am enjoying this one...see what you think. (it`s got to be better than Minions)

I have some of the 1/35 ones and they are also pretty delicate.

Haddock

#96
Nice that!! Both models.
Haddock.

A bit more done on the Model T, and a bit more paint sloshed on (to quote haddock). At least some of the bits are getting bigger and easier to handle. I find the build very interesting, they have put some effort into this little thing have RPM.

I simply place the model on a piece of white card, ensure that it is well lit, use a slow flash setting and Bobs yer uncle!

Kiteman

....or in Haddock style......chuck it on a piece of paper and take a picture!

Kiteman

Wing shaved and prepared for colour etc...
