I watched a German film dubbed into English last night about Stalingrad, very atmospheric from which you'll have to tatty the peasants clothes up a lot and grey was the derigeur colour. Re tank tracks I use pieces of foam to get the sag between the rollers and KV2s had a heck of a sag!!!

Headstone fitted to the grave - working on the damaged helmet with flower.
Second photo shows some various rust colours on the tank  and silver on the large welds ( just for Haddock the welds on the main armour plate are silver because of the high chromium content in these welds the other weld made using just bog standard welding )
When all dry some chipping medium and original green paint cover, then lots of washes  and pigments.

Hope the welded area was correctly pre-heated, we don't want any cracks to appear!!

It is all far too high tech for me.

Helmet and flower added to the grave - that's all that's been done over the last 2 days, back giving me a lot of trouble at the moment.

Well tendered usually does it for graves. Re your back, you've spent too much leaning forward modelling. You old people should go to Shackleton's you know!! Either that or get the Memsahib to walk up and down on it!!!!

Thanks Andy - yes not doing a lot and the back is starting to get a little better. 
Using a lot of naughty nautical language to try and get my air brush working again at 100%.
