Yes Kevin it was pig to elephant delivery service -- or that is what I have read (some say it was only in one battle and it was not the Romans doing it - but who knows, we could ask Zak I think he was around at the time - hohohoho)  it was supposed to frighten the elephants and make them turn round and trample their own troops, that was the idea.

Who ever thought of that scenario made a 'Pig's Ear' of it.
Sorry, I couldn't resist.

Yes been slowly working on things for the shopping center - but most time spent on other things none modelling.
Was reading the new "Damaged weathered & worn" special magazine by Fine Scale Modeler magazine, and as she who must be obeyed was watching a chick flik on television decided to get some more done on this model as well as the shop fronts. Was going into the garden today to fix next doors fence again but it is wet and cold and think I will stay in and do some jobs in the house and then some more on the tank. Some paint removed and tank fastened into place - now needs some more mud and grass round the tracks,to make it part of the ground not floating above it.

It's got more chips than McCains, sorry I couldn't resist!!
Funny how our other halves tend to dictate our modelling output. Tracy is getting in the mood to watch crappy American B Xmas movies so that will mean more time modelling, so it's not such a bad thing really?

Every cloud has a silver lining, Chris!

Seize the moment, I say.

Sorry to upset you Red but have now started on the figures have put the base coat of colours on the figures - had an idea about using one of those face covering sections you see on TV so people can't be identified so you can't see the mess I make of the painting  :) :) :) :)
