The last picture is the cockpit of TB2

Is all this in the kit or have you scratch/added to it.
Impressive stuff.
I hope my next is always better

Some filling required on the body and the pods.

I'm sure it will all be good and sorted.
What filler are you using?

Humbrol on this one, but I have others.

The idea was to just build this out of the box.
But, it only shows the central section of the launch bay, the bit that leads out to the runway with the moving palm trees.
The the left is where the 6 pods are stored on a conveyor to run under TB2, (some say there were 7 pods?)
The the right was a storage area for other vehicles and maintenance and such.
Well, I will finish this and have a think.
Martin may be right, it may grow!!!!!

Looking great. I was tempted by a kit of the 'Fireflash' airliner that was rescued when it's undercarriage failed but baulked at the price!!! Hobbycraft know how to mark things up!!!

It's looking good Dave. I agree with Martin - it will probably grow.
My Thunerbirds book says six pods.

My Thunerbirds book says six pods.
But someone online spotted a 7th in a scene -almost hidden at the side.
I will stick with the three with the kit at the moment.
Traditionally 6.

Also in this 1:350 scale kit are a number of vehicles, used in rescues and so on.
I am busy painting these at the moment.

Hi Zak,
I've had a look and it COULD be another pod, but as you don't get anymore view only the merest side of 'a pod', for me   the Jury's out.
You could create a whole new episode........
I hope my next is always better

Attmept to recreate two lesser known vehicles.
Lady bird jet- Tin Tins jet
Jt1 - Jeff Tracy's private jet.

A la Tony Wilson - plasticine models, remember this is 1/350 scale!

That shows a lot of skills - I could only try making it out of bits of plastic in the scrap box  ???  ???  ???
