A nice touch in the kit to have the dropped flaps for when the aircraft's on the ground and powered down.

Wings fitted and gaps filled with PPP. The 'butterfly' tailplanes required filing to get them something like, they were fixed initially with Superglue Gel and this was followed by running Plastic Weld into the gaps to hopefully give a secure joint as once again it's a case of butt joints. A short piece of Platistrut has been cut to represent the wheel bay divider.

I changed my mind re the fuselage band and made it narrower. Decals on and weathering powders used, I'll have to wait until after Christmas before I spray with satin varnish (Tracy's bought me a spray booth but don't tell anyone, lol!!!) as it's too damp to do the usual and spray outside. As such the masking will remain in place until then. Markings are the early Croatian type and are for 1941.
