Not often, the arthritis lets me have a few hours now and then, allotment this afternoon, so not much modelling will be done.

Just to keep Martin Happy, here is a picture during the build.
This is a car from the film, no plans, just some photos, the car still exists albeit in a different colour, it is now green. There are quite a lot of different Alvis 12/60 Sports around, this is a 1931 version,
This is my best guess, I think it may be a bit wide, but it is too late now.
The car has been rebodied in 1950's.
Alvis used different coach builders, so they are all a bit different.
This was by Carbodies?
I bought some new Milliput - turquoise - very trendy. It sets better than my old stuff.
Look at the rear end.

Steering wheel, dashboard and wheels.
Undercoat and then white top coat.
I just need Michael Caine in the driving seat.

The Alvis was also in Monte Carlo or Bust I think.

I thought I had a big turn over of models at the moment but it appears that Wayne has some some serious competition in the 'fast build' stakes!!!! More incentive to raise my game when modelling. Love it.

Dave,
I can't believe your rate of output!
VERY impressed with the cars and the tractor.
I honestly don’t know how you do it.
You have a rare skill there Mr Smith.
Respect Sir.

I have long since run out of adjectives, comparatives and superlatives to describe your work Zak.
