Here's a couple of pictures of the foremast with the radar lantern in place. There should be something inside the lantern but I've no idea what it looks like.
( all held together with goo)

It's real inspirational stuff seeing it that close.  I can feel the tug of the waves now - "come on, build a ship, it's easy!"  Well, they're not fooling me!  I shall continue to watch this one progress for now.  Wonderful stuff haddock, thanks.

I think you have lots of little specialist tools hidden away that you don't tell us about.
Remember I have seen your fingers!
The slipway stuff was/is fantastic.

Getting ready to plant some sea.
This one will be at anchor if all goes to plan, so calm water, perhaps some ripples, hence the picture frame.
Haddock.
I may have to use some goo.

Hi Haddock,

Been a bit pre-occupied to catch up with progress. It looks great, nothing less than I expect of a man of your engineering and modelling capabilities!

Tell me, Did HMS Roberts actually go to the Red Sea, or is it a RED HERRING!!

Good Stuff though, really good!

Bigkev
I hope my next is always better

Not sure whether it's a red herring or a pink sardine, it certainly ain't a blue haddock.........yet!
The nearest it got to anything red was the Indian ocean.

Lots of reptiles watching no doubt, or will they be little fishes?

It's nearly going to plan, however this shouldn't have happened, it didn't happen with the Suvorov but I've use more clay and the temperature is higher so that could explain it. There's no harm done until the ship is fixed into its cavity, probably some filler will fix it.

It looks horrible but a few coats of Johnsons then a coat of paint of a suitable colour, all should be fine.
