Hi Chris,
A conversion to an Italeri kit? looking at the resin parts.
Should be an interesting build.
I hope my next is always better

Do you have shares in Whirlybird? This looks like an interesting conversion.

Fuselage halves modified on donor kit.

Yesterday I got the new nose fixed in position. It required a bit of sanding each side to make a flush fitting. A little filler will be required.

Etched brass as well as resin.
Great work.

Hi Chris,
Certainly going to be a different looking machine. I'm sure you'll get it filled and sanded and looking great.
Nice work.
I hope my next is always better

Undercarriage assembled and fitted.

Nice work Chris,
Those legs look a little fragile.......
I hope my next is always better

Now ready for masking.  The external fuel tank took some mountung - a bit tricky. All the external fuselage bits and bobs mounted.
