Thanks all for your kind comments.
Well this one is now finished, with the smaller details added, paintwork touched up, aerials from Plasticard.
Streaks of grime, water stains were added using Oil paints in small dots where required and then feathered into the paintwork as required/direction
A final coat of Matt/Satin mix of Vallejo water based varnish brought everything together, giving a nice 'eggshell' sheen to the model which I think is much better than a flat or overly gloss finish.
