My grand daughter really enjoyed playing trains,
It is now on free standing legs and board number 2 has been assembled.
I now need to sort my room out to accommodate them.

The main working feature on board 2 will be this.

Any ideas?

It is for loading the V skip wagons, so almost on the right lines.

The basic concept works, it now needs detail added, rivets and so on and the cab.

Hi Zak,
great stuff.
This reminds me of the excavator at Beamish Open air Museum.
