Nice weathering. I've never used the hairspray technique but that looks good.

The problem with the real primer is that it was dark and bold so you would have had to tone it down for scale effect anyway on the outside. A great job, well done.

While waiting for the paint to dry on my Marder III, I started this. This is a later variant and has the better torsion bar suspension and only 6 road wheels. This model is from Das Werk. It is  Sturmgeschutz III with moulded on Zimmerit. So far a very nice kit.

Detail looks good.
It is, some etched brass details but a nice kit.
The tracks are single link around the idler wheel and the sprocket, then lengths and single links to fill in.
