This is the first of these, I am still looking for more variants, at a price I like. Yes, a Yorkshire man, so cheap is best.
This is from HobbyBoss and is a Pz.Kpfw.1 Ausf.A ohne Aufbau.

The overcome treaty restrictions 15 of these were produced without superstructures or turrets and with no armament.

Official title "Landwirtschaftlicher Schlepper". (Agricultural Tractor), to disguise the fact that they were tanks.
These were used to train the new Panzer regiments.
Five companies were selected to produce these.

Will we have to call you "General of Tanks" when we meet again -- you should have a lot made by then - hohohohho

Will it ever happen.
Daughter in Ilkley is under restrictions again.
WE have had a few cases in Bridlington too.

You'll have an interesting selection of German armour soon Dave.

That was the plan, hopefully.

Again individual track links that go together really nicely.

The interior detail is excellent, full engine and transmission, I think most of the engine will be hidden, so I may have to contrive to have hatches open and so on.

Engine painted and installed.
Not much visible once the top is in place.

So far this is a really nice kit with lots of detail.

Haddock

Perhaps some sort of a diorama showing a production line.
Haddock.

It is a thought.
Anyway, its amazing how many bits are left over, maybe I need to read the instructions?

The rusting looks good on the exhausts.

I used the vinegar and wire wool preparation, it looks ok.

I think Sandra needs to buy you the 'Encyclopedia of German Tanks of WW2' by Doyle, Chamberlain and Doyle. For you AFV buffs it covers not only tanks from PzKpfw 1 and variants right through to Maus and goes on to cover 1/2 tracks, Sturmgeschutz, Armoured cars and much more plus captured vehicles followed by guns and ammo. I have it in my collection from my Dark Side days!! There is a photo of ohne Aufbau in it.
Great work on it.

I already have it Chris, working my way through it slowly.
Have you been away, hope you got permission.

Well that is just about finished, one more figure to paint.
I really enjoyed making this kit.
The figure may be a mechanic at the rear.

The next wil1 be a PzKpfw.1A (Sd Kfz 101).
This build will be completely the opposite of the previous one.
This kit is from HiPM (Historic Plastic Models) a company from the Czech Republic. The kit dates from 1998.
Looking at the sprues, a lot of cleaning up and messing about may be needed. The detail is not quite so good or crisp.
It almost looks like the mould has slipped and the two halves do not really match.
The kit can be built as either the 1A or a FlammPanzer, I am going to build the 1.
Here is the box art.

No figures in the kit, so why put one on the box, quite annoying.
