The box made for the row of shops, the front of the shops will be made from acrylic strip to give different depths.

Back to the model, plastic marked for the size of breeze blocks and then fastened to the end wall.  Wood strips glued onto the top of the building to have the shop sign added later. Now to start on the metal roller doors.

Top bar added and a coat of rust colour.

What did you make the roller door from Martin?

Just a section of 1.5mm acrylic and scored it across, then a bit of "H" section bar on the sides with the door wedged in then a square section for the top.
Decided one of the shops will be "Chris Wilson"  Radio Controlled Helicopter Specialist  -- now who do I know with a name like that and an interest in helicopters
