Started this recently. A mix of plastic and resin. A complicated engine structure with a few parts to be scratch built. I thought this was going to be an easy build.

Ah, you know what 'thought' did........

I think you will get there Chris, just playing you up, it is.........
I hope my next is always better

Think again Chris - it will turn out great even if it is a lot of hard work

Special Hobby kits are a bit like 'Stingray': "Anything can happen in the next half hour". Though I will admit they make some interesting subjects.

Some progress - slowly.
Half of it requires scratch-built parts.

It might be a bit slower than normal, but it's beginning to come together.
Nice work Chris, upwards and onwards.
I hope my next is always better

I can only manage two and even then things can go awry!!!

chriswil42

More progress - looking more like a helicopter.
Chris

Bigkev

Looks like a preying mantis! Never mind a helicopter.
Is the canopy vac formed?
Good progress
I hope my next is always better

chriswil42

Yes a vac-formed canopy Kevin.
