Hi All,
Another EC-135 by Revell. Essentially the same moulding as the ADAC kit with an additional sprue with new parts applicable to this version, though a lot of the new pieces on the new sprue are not actually used in this build, being for other incarnations of the EC-135 produced by Revell.

What attracted me to this offering is the striking colour scheme of Red and Yellow, so again another one the wife will like.

Some pictures of the box art, and the sprues before work commences.

With a name like Air-Glaciers I thought this would be Canadian but that's a Swiss registration. Looking forward to seeing this colourful build, anything like the last one and you'll do it justice.

Are you doing a whole squadron of EC135s now Kevin?

No Chris, not a 'whole squadron'............
Just doing those with colourful liveries, perhaps a Spanish Gardia/Police version after this one.

Hi All,
Now underway with this one. First task is to remove the excess flash on the fuselage halves, undercarriage skids, internal details.
As I was on with filling the 'Puma', I thought I would add some Milliput to some sink marks on the upper fuselage halves after removing the flash. I have used Mr. Hobby filler on a previous subject (ADAC version), but found it to still leave some 'ghost' marks in the sink areas. Hopefully this will be a bit harder and sand down and not shrink.

Sink marks filled.

This one won't require a lot, it was just that I knew from experience that I needed to use something different on the upper fuselage sink marks. Also as hard as I try I always seem to apply excessive milliput, and then have to sand it back.

Hi All,
Given the issues we have been having with the website, I thought I'd try and post an update here. So far, I have painted and assembled the cockpit and managed to get the fuselage halves together.
Will post some pictures later.

Hi All,
Please find attached the pictures to go with the description. This is mainly to try and see if the website is behaving normally.
Build going okay, should have tail section glued in place tomorrow.
Thanks for looking.

Looking good Kevin. Both the model and the website.

I had problems this morning with the website, so here's hoping it keeps working as it should.
