Trial to sort out position and size of base - think it will end up with just 2 trees, so will have to come up with another name for just 2 trees hohohohoho

Base made and painted black on the edges and brown on the main part, so if any shows through the grass it will look like mud.
Looked in the wood store and found a nice bit of mahogany but though its for "Daimyo Dave so put it back and got a chunk of MDF yoho yoho yoho

In your parlance Martin two trees is ni tre or three trees san tre. The choice is yours.

Grass now added to the base next job is the trees - whatever we call them     

My lawn used to look like that a week or two ago. Luckily its greener now.
