Kamov Ka 31

Started this one at the playday yesterday. The plastic is not as soft as some Amodel kits. The parts are relatively thick with a fair amount of cleaning up required.

Cockpit assembly and engine assembly done. There's a bit of fettling to be done.

A little more progress. Main fuselage parts together and engine housing filled and complete.

The carpet monster got two. I had to make new parts.

The carpet monster is ALWAYS on the look out for bits, and he always goes for the bits that are the most difficult to replace  >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(
