I now see the error having gone back to the previous photo. Didn't notice the first time around.

We've all made Rookie mistakes like that Andy so I wouldn't worry. Re the collector rings I read an article where a guy said he'd never seen them as 'brassy' as on models, they've always been greyer due to the heat.
