This is my latest kit. It's Tamiya's Centaur Close Support (CS) MK IV, straight out of the box except for the gear on the back, the water can holder and spare track on front all come from various sources. Painted as normal with Humbrol, Tamiya and Hataka paints. It's mark as Centaur of the Royal Marine Armoured Support Group (RMASG).

Another one that appears as if by magic.

Another excellent model Bob -- how long did it take to make ? or was it overnight like Zak does ???

Oh a long time this one, it's the second attempt, first time round after applying the compass markings around the turret I realised the overall colour was to dark so got a new one and this is it, but I have a cunning plan for the first one.

Place it on a concrete bunker as an anti-zombie weapon!

Great model I I especially like the way the chains hang at the front.

Excellent model Bob. What were the compass markings for - if anything?

As I understand it they where meant to lay down supporting fire whilst on landing crafts and approaching the beaches this allowed the spotters to get the turret to point in the right direction.

I don't know if they carried out their original mission, but apparently it was a complicated system.

Excellent job.
Its a mean looking vehicle. What where the degree markings on the turret for?
