With a 'D' on the front? Looking forward to seeing these figures completed.

Hi Chris,
Being a little naive, does the 'D' stand for, delectable, desirable, dominant, deadly, determined....

I cannot think of any other 'D' that would describe us.

They're Off!!!!
I managed to get the arms off. Fortunately the previous owner hadn't pinned them!
This will make life a lot easier in painting his chest area, filling the joints on the coat etc.
Best thing I've done all day!

Tony, Thanks for the offer of base material. I will have a look through my stuff, but that is tomorrow's job.

MSea

I can think of a few more D that would fit better than the ones you have come up with Kevin - hohohohohoho

Gentlemen,
I'm trying to be kind, there are other 'D' words, but some might be inappropriate.

I have spent DDDDDays. filing and fettling to get these guys coats to fit. The "grey" one
needed an awful lot  removing and shaping of the RH shoulder area, and "red" needed the coat pieces
joints working so they looked  matched up. This is the one that the previous owner had fitted the arms.
There is no way it could have been done.
In fact, they actually fit better than appears in the photos as I had to put small bits of Blue Tack
under them to hold in place.
I think that the grey one is bigger than the other, even allowing for the red one being slightly crouched.
I dont know if you can see in the pics, but his legs, torso etc. definitely seem thicker to me.
Nothing I can do about that! They are by the same manufacturer, even the same sculptor!. Heh ho!
So, they are just about ready for serious painting.....faces first!
