I think someone should have a word with the NHS about their advice to "Stay Home".  We're British not American and we "Stay At Home", donchaknow that!

Whatever next - self service checkouts rather than tills ASDA/Walmart)?  People getting "fired" and not "sacked", (Alan Sugar)?  Folk "quitting" smoking rather than "stopping" (yet they call it "Stoptober")?

I got really cross with DCOS once when she said to Poppy "how long have you known Santa wasn't real?" because as far as I was concerned, she was my little girl and should always experience the magic of Christmas even though she was then 17.  Poppy diffused things nicely by saying to me "at Christmas you can be any age you want to be."

So, how old does that make you, MSea?

I didn't tell you Father Christmas is not real, I said that's what DCOS told Poppy.  I learnt long ago not to put any faith in anything DCOS says.  Or does, for that matter.
