Not sure if this is enough kelp will have to add to the base and maybe then make some more.

Kelp, stingray and black pig added to the base - dry run with the shark.

I have decided photos are cruel - noticed the shark holding bar needs some green on it and I have knocked off a bit of blue from the background when drilling the holes for the kelp.
