Thank you Haddock and Zak - yes not only is it proper modelling but its enjoyable.
So another missile a AS4 Kitchen - again no tube so filled the nose of the brass tube with a rod of aluminium so I could grind it down to a point.

Now for an older and larger missile -- a AS3 Kangeroo.  Both ends of the body tapered and wings added.

You need to join the Missile SIG!

That's a good idea - who do I have to ask -- hohoho

Back from Norwich and just for a change found a model shop and bought a Lavochkin LA-5FN World War 2 fighter.
This should show the difference in size of the WW2 fighters against the new missiles, on display in the museum.

Some transfers added to the LA-5FN fighter and also on the scratch built AS6 Kingfisher missile.

Well Msea,
We might even make an aircraft modeller out of you yet......!
Nice work in a small aircraft scale.
A high level of detail, and ingenuity in this build, well done.
Cheers,
Bigkev

This should keep you happy Kevin - the Russian Museum has put up a Brid and Wold poster on the wire.
MSea

Tail fins added to the AS3 Kangaroo.
The nose section is converted from the top of a toothpaste tube - throw nothing away you never know what it will come in for in the future - hohoho
MSea

MSea

Trial layout with planes and missiles - now to do some more work on the fence and surrounding area.

After reading about Kubinka the Russian tank museum - and how they did not like model types climbing all over the exhibitions, thought this was a good sign to put up on the fence. Now who in our little lot would annoy the Russians the most - I am saying NOTHING.

Nope, it doesn't do it for me.
Eastern Bloc countries are not generally that that polite and considerate.
What about, 'Come close and you will be shot' a simple more obvious warning to us modellers!...

What about having something similar for 'Our Show'???

Cheers,
Bigkev
