Hi guys just a quicky I cant make it on sat morning due to work its catch sat.
I'll be there all day on sunday 
I've got 200 black bags,3 high viz tops, 3 litter pickers  & 6 pairs of size 10 gloves for litter pickers.

just to let you know I did my Radio interview for Radio Humberside regarding the show on Martha Mangans Saturday show. Hope I did okay, never done that sort of thing before.

Lets hope we get some more visitors coming who haven't been before.

Hi All,
Just to let you know, that Mike Hopps, local  newspaper photographer should be at our show to take some pictures, and I have agreed to submit an article to the Wolds weekly News to accompany them.

Feedback forms are now done, ready for distribution. Also Child consent forms for Make and Take.

Quality Catering will be coming on Saturday to check his pitch siting for Sunday morning (smelling the Bacon already)
Haydn from USAF SIG may be coming to set up his stand around 12.00 on Saturday.

Not long to go now, only 5 more sleepie's till show day.

SET UP SATURDAY

For those coming to the Set up on Saturday morning please come in 'Old' clothes as there will be lots of moving, cleaning, etc. and I don't want you going home in a sorry state in your nice clothes.

SHOW DAY SUNDAY

size=12pt]Please come dressed in logo'd club T/shirts or similar on that day if possible, as we want to be able for exhibitors/traders to be able identify who is representing the host club.
Each club member/volunteer will have a name badge which must be worn at all times.

Hi All,

Just to let you know, the good news is the boating pool is well underway, the bad news is it has been 'relocated' to a different location further away than anticipated by Driffield Showground without consultation, requiring a total re-jig of the outside displays.

I have let them know, that I am not best pleased at this, though it seems we will have to live with it for this year. I await a response from them.

Had site meeting this morning, all is in place except direction of spotlights which is being done this afternoon. Will check tomorrow morning all is as it should be.
Pool is filling up nicely and will be ready by tomorrow.
