That'll keep you out of trouble. Should look amazing once done.

So hull sanded flat and the holes/bad moulded bits filled.
Lots of nicely moulded resin bits. Perhaps I will reserve judgement, the first bit I am working on is slightly out of register.
Lots of etched brass to deal with.

A great deal of work to keep you out of trouble!
Will look impressive with HMS Invincible alongside
I hope my next is always better

The whole South Atlantic fleet is taking shape.
Great work Dave. I'm always amazed at the detail you get into this scale.

Well, almost 3 hours later and this etched brass is very nice but tiny, I may have to miss off some of the really small bits!!
Madness or what.
I am off for a lie down in a darkened room now.

Great work so far with the etched brass. I'm at the point with the Sea Vixen wingfold etch where I also need to lie down in a dark room!!!!

This is starting to get to me, very very fiddly and I think I may have some parts the wrong way round.
Absolute minefield.

A little more done, I am not putting the wipers on the bridge windows, they are smaller than small!!!!!!

That level of detail is extraordinary. You must have the patience of a saint to tackle all that etch brass.
Well done.
I hope my next is always better

Yes the etched brass work is indeed amazing.  Keep going Dave.
