Is that etch brass along with the resin and vacform?

Etched steel I think.

It may be nickel silver.

How did it bend compaired to brass ??

I have not bent any yet but it is difficult to cut out and file.

Masked up and ready to prime. I'll find all the blemishes and extra filling requirements once it's got a coat of primer on.

It wasn't until the club meeting that I realised how big this helicopter is in real life. When compared to Barney's HU-1Y in 1/48 it was nearly as big despite being to 1/72. Great result Chris.
