1/700 Airfield/buildings

Buildings finished and glued in place, concrete painted.
Watchtowers and sign added.

On nice days, the Lancaster, the Mk 1 Hurricane and the Mk 1a Spitfire are wheeled out of the hangar for the public to view.
Some discussion is underway as to whether the Lancaster will actually go in the hangar.

Mr Robinson discusses the Mk 1a Spitfire and wonders about the camouflage scheme.

Meanwhile the historic vehicles are on display on the entrance road and in front of the control tower.

GREAT but some of the people on the runway have very strange hair, could be the tabs left on ( dont you just hate photos yoho yoho yoho) Has Howard looked at the face painting yet  ::)  ::)  ::)
Think I will get a very large clip round the ear when you see me next  ;D  ;D  ;D  ;D  ;D

More added, almost there, I think!!!!

If you look carefully you may spot the following:-

Lancaster, Hurricane Mk1, Spitfires Mk1a, MkVb, Mk Vb clipped wings, Beaufighter, Mosquito, Typhoon, Flying Fortress, Marauder, p38 Lightning, Warhawk, Dakota, Catalina, Thunderbolt, Mustang, various Japanese aircraft, various US carrier based aircraft, a barrage balloon, Vehicles, the odd tank and many other things including some people as well.

Some scratch building (T2 Hangar and scenics)
