Captain Kraken

Its been a very slow start to the year model wise - so hope to kick start it with this new model.
Picked it up at Telford (my last one, the show not the model hohoho) its a 1/9 bust from S K Miniatures. 
So first thing is to say sorry to Howard - who will look at it and say what a bodge up you have made of the paint job, but as long as I enjoy doing it and get some fun from it - thats OK with me. When I have done the jobs in the garden and sorted out the sink in the bathroom, will get on with a base and priming the model.

Yes the Kraken Wakes - seems to have got the modelling mojo working again - or it could just turn me into re-reading the Kraken Wakes by John Wyndham again, now that was a good book or I could just re-read Treasure Island what to do

We used to send them for a new bubble for the spirit level - the good old days, well thats what they say

I got sent to ask for a 'Left-Handed Screwdriver' and a 'Right Handed Mug' when I first started work.
Guess, I was the 'Mug' then.

Now, I have progressed and I am looking for that elusive can of 'Tartan Paint'.....hohohoho.
