Dash board/ instruments added and painted.
Red carpet on the floor pan.

Test fitting of the parts.
The hood does not sit right, so will have to alter its angle slightly before the final fitting.

We buy a model to build, we complain about the price, but do we then consider all the extras needed to build it?

Tools, paint and glue?

This kit has so far required the following paints:
White - gloss and matt
Black -   "    "   "
Red   -   "    "   "
Tan
Plasma red
Silver
Blue green
Gold
Washes of various colours
Ink - black
Klear
Thinners

And glue:
Superglue
Tamiya cement
Tamiya Extra thin
Revell Contacta
PVA
Filler

Then tools as well.
So if you were just starting out, quite a daunting list!
Luckily most items are useful for other models.
So, I reckon, even without buying extras, just to build from the box, you probably double the price of the kit.

Nearly there, the parachute and roof still to add, and the decals transfers.

Decals Transfers -what to do, in early shots of the car on the series there are no transfers, and then there seem a variety of different ones.
I'll just add the ones I like the best.

So, decision made, here it is just about complete.
The roof is not attached, and maybe never will be.
