Good photo. Definitely dark and brooding.

Could be the start of a new genre, photos of finished models in black and white? Would certainly suit some time periods.

Some of us are old enough to actually appear in Black and White photograph's.

Unfortunately.........

Here is the Tamiya 1:35 Archer, described on the box art as a Self Propelled Gun.
This was built on a lengthened Valentine chassis. An unusual feature is the gun points to the rear.
Looks like a British take on the US Gun Motor Carriage.
Built from the box, including the figures.
Here it is in a pristine state awaiting pin washes, dry brushing and weathering.

Certainly an odd-ball vehicle. Looking very nice.

Back to some modelling after the chaos of Christmas.
Dry brushing and a little weathering and a coat of varnish,
Still need to weather and muddy the tracks.

Where is the driver's seat?
At the front, which is the rear with respect of the gun.
