Dome Zero RL
« on: September 14, 2023, 05:11:52 PM »
Here we go with another shiny one. This time it's the Dome Zero RL 1979 Le Mans entry It was one of two cars the team entered neither of which finished. I'm modelling car number 6 that had it's first breakdown 7 minutes into the race. After pitting for repairs it soldiered on until fuel feed problems stopped it on the Mulsanne straight and it officially retired at 7 pm, 5 hours into the 24 hour race.

An interesting looking car. The front end reminds me of another make but I can't place it, but then a few did look alike.
