Thanks Chris - but keep needing a break - so on with some figures for a change and to let the boat go solid before doing the stbd side of the hull

50cal machine gun post constructed for the bow, now to try and find the resin bolts to go on the corner to show the fastening of the base plate to the deck  ??? ??? ??? :-\ :-\ :-\

Miracles have happened - found the resin bolts at first time of looking - now fitted and trial run with 50cal in place

60mm mortar put together and also a base plate to spread the force over the boats deck made - now will have to go and make some more resin bolts, used the last ones on the bow machine gun.
Before somebody asks the weapons are from the Tamiya US Infantry Weapons Set

Accommodation block under construction, the grab rails are made from 1.2mm bar for the long run and 0.5mm bar for the stanchions

Thanks - I was just going to put a material cover over the open door area at the back of the cabin, but decided to make wood doors ( not sure if this is accurate ) as I did not want to be bothered about having to make all the inside of the cabin.
