Sorry, have you checked the literature on parsnip foliage?
What variety are they? Gladiator or Tender and true, perhaps a special variety "Long and Grumpy".

They are MSea type, so you are lucky they are some form of green - they could be blue or pink or any other strange colour that comes out of my head.

My large one and Zaks small one now painted - will let them dry, and see how they look after a dark Flory wash.

The soil in your veg plot is worn out - mine has not been used, so it produces larger veg - that's my story and I am sticking to it.

Yes, but what do I put on my plot and bury under the soil - too polite to tell you!

It could be something that starts with the letter "B" or the letter"S" - I am too polite to guess  ::) ::) ::) ::)
Now on to the model -some Flory wash on the parsnip and then most removed.

Are you suffering from canker on your parsnips?

This is looking grand. Not to mention the dialogue between the two of you. Maybe you could write the sketch with the words to describe the scene Martin!

This could rival Monty Python.

Is that a Parsnip I see before me?
Nay, Tis an off white carrot methinks!
Is it a dead Carrot then?
When is a carrot not a carrot?
When it thinks it is a parsnip!

Enough already, my brian hurts.
