As far as I can tell, it was up Mill Lane and the older maps suggest that there were two, They appear to have has reservoirs attached, but details are hard to find I may need to visit the library to see what i can unearth.
I was only going to represent the outside of the building.

I am going to use it to house a pumping engine. this will be a steam marine engine of the double oscillating type.

I am going to convert the Airfix Paddle Steam engine and fit a flywheel in place of the paddle wheel.
