Testing the excavator, it works after a fashion, I now need to construct a loading hopper so that the ore(vermiculite) always goes in the v truck!
I had to add lead weight to the jib, I now need to disguise this as well.

At present it is in my modelling room.
I guess it will stay there until I get fed up of it in the way.
Or I get permission to put it elsewhere - I'm not holding my breath on that one.

I was wondering about a small 15in railway like many seaside places have, but then again maybe not.
Before you say it Scarborough was 20 in gauge.
