New wood sections made for the Chesterfield sofa - the foam ones are OK but should be able to get the shape better with this lot - Sunday will tell

Wood shape now finished and also some tin foil scored to add to this at the Playday

Tin foil sections glued to the outside of the arms and the end sections of the back - now they are dry and solid they have been cut till they wrap round the wood sections and then glued in place.

Sofa finished at Playday 5 and now the buttons added with PVA - before somebody (that's you rivet counters ) tells me that I have missed some of the buttons, they will be added when the rest are dry and solid and I can tilt the sofa without the ones that have been done  running into an oval shape.

When the PVA glue had dried it was flat and did not do the job - so have cut some small bits of plastic and fastened them in place instead.
