It would be easy for him now. Shops closed, not many punters.
Could have a full precinct, by Christmas.

Another shop front underway. The bow window is under construction with acrylic, another one has been made from balsa but is not great so will see how this one works out.

Hi Msea,
Shop fitting is not clearly recognised as one of your skills, but a bow window from balsa, then if successful we will have to appreciate your building prowess....
Otherwise another shopping centre on the horizon......with all their faults/omissions
