Thanks guys.
Not much is impossible, it's just irritating.
The Tamiya kit is very nice in spite of it's age and Eduard have a reputation
for nice brass, they just don't seem to be talking to each other in this instance.
There seem to be lots of other little niggles.

Wood decks - when done correctly they are excellent - when done  $%$£ they detract from the model.
