I'm interested to see how this model turns out. I have been tempted to do one of the Miniart vehicle and figure sets. Unfortunately they are not in 1/48 to go with the Ju52 that I want to add to the BoB Movie set.
Was it an internet buy?

zak

YES, from Model Hobbies, I bought a tram as well.

It seems like an age since I did any modelling.
Here is the gearbox, chassis and gearbox under construction.

Hi Zak,
Have you been taking a 'staycation?'
Nice to see you back, showing us how to make models, quickly.
Cheers,
Bigkev
I hope my next is always better

We have been visited by various family members and so I had to move a lot of my stuff so they could stay.

More progress, its a nice kit, but lots of very small parts.

Always seems a shame to cover up stuff like this.

Yes, but we know its there!
The exhaust is made up of 9 pieces, usually it is a couple, here it is just to show you, some etched brass as well.
The moulding is great, but it seems that they are trying to make the model be as many pieces as possible.

Looking good, but don't you just love kits where they break items down to multiple parts when two would suffice!!!!!?

This is the most filling I have done for some time, lots of ejector pins and marks to sort out.
They will not be seen once the model is completed.

Slow progress, as I attempt to be tidier?
