WOW!!!
Outstanding Howard.
If only I could hope to achieve halve of what you do, I'd be very happy.

I hope my next is always better

Red Lancer

Thanks for all the comments.
I am in the process of making a base at the moment ( see earlier)
Hope to have it done by next week and model all finished for Xmas. No doubt Dave would be finished by tomorrow)
Wondering what is next now!

You could always copy MSea's diorama skills and make one with a Shogun sat inside his castle? Remember they always sat facing the door so they saw anyone coming.

Outstanding paint job.  The Samurai suits your skills.

A few pics of the base more or less finished.
The rocks are bits of slate from the garden, with a dark wash
and then dry brushed with a lighter colour. Grass tufts and assortment of loose stuff
Need o put figures to it to sort orientation, to make sure they are looking at each other.
The big guy has hold of a damn great lance/spear that I didn't take account of before making the base!
Could be a problem.

Looks just like nature - how do you do it.

Photoshop!

Finished at last!
It has eventually turned out better than I thought it would, but
I am still far from happy with it, destined for the loft I think.
I think the fact that the Red Guy is raised somewhat has masked the
difference in size to some extent.
I happened to be trawling the Internet last night doing research on the next model
and stumbled across pictures of another  Red Guy........ thinking taking up embroidery
or knitting!   heh ho!
Best wishes to All for Xmas!!

MSea

Not the loft but the competition table level to me - well done they look excellent.

Thanks Martin, but believe me it is far from good. If we ever
get to meetings again I will bring it to show. Most of its
problems don't show up on photos, thankfully!
