Hello All,
Unfortunately, I won't be at the club meeting until 9pm.
However, Shaz will open up for you and bring the tea and coffee.
I look forward to seeing you all about 9pm on Wednesday.
Cheers.

I wasn't in touch with Cyril but I know he was a Gentleman and a great modeler. Rest in peace, Cyril.

A very sad time. I'm going to miss our long chats on all things military. He always treated me as an equal, even though I was a lowly private.
He can rest now, no more pain.

Very, very sad to lose Tony.
He was a quiet gentleman but a force to be reckoned with. One of the best modelers I have ever met and someone I would always go to for advice.
Total Legend.
Rest in peace Mate.

General Discussion / IMPORTANT...Club meeting Wednesday 10th August.

Hello all,
I wont be at the next club meeting but I have arranged for my colleague Chris to open the hall.
The tea and Biscuits will be in the kitchen cupboard under the window. The only thing I haven't sorted is the fresh milk, so please can someone bring some, otherwise it will mean black tea and that's just sheer savagery.
When the meeting is finished just drop the Yale lock on the front door and all will be happy.
Many thanks and have a good meeting,
Andy.

Is that the kit codes or did you make up AR-G after it fell? Fanatastic model and by the way how do you keep your workbench so clean and tidy?
The codes are from the kit and I have no room for clutter.

Thanks for the comments all.  8)

Looks great, almost there.
Will there be sound effects as well as turning props?
Yes Zak, we have a speaker in each wing.. ..STEREO.

Hi Andy,
That's a corker of a model.
Love the finish, especially as some of it is through a rattle can, rather than an airbrush.
Are you sure, you're not 'Banksy of Driffield'.....??
Cannot wait for you to cross that finish line.
Bigkev
Thanks Kevin,
Don't tell anyone...   ..I painted it with a roller.   ;)

On the mend. It was touch and go for a while.  ;)

The electronics survived but the fuselage was split in three places. I had to put a metal staple in to stop it splitting again. The size and weight of the model has thrown up a few problems, but we're getting there.
More pics to come.
