Work done on the buildings during playday 34

End of the photos and the last 3 show that I did get some modelling done

Thanks for another excellent day out - a little bit light on numbers (will make no joke about quality not quantity) but every body seemed to enjoy the day.

More work done on the main figure - hes now not armless but still doesn't have his gun

Quick card model of next building made - needs the section above the entrance tower smaller and roof larger to add the support sections. Thats the advantage of the quick card model, you can see all the problems before you make it in good material.

Coat of plaster added, now to let it dry and then see if it needs another coat or I can start marking the stones onto the plaster     

Lower section now made in thick card and varnished, now to add a coat of plaster.
Then its onto the tall house in thin card to check the size ( must remember to put the tiles on the correct way          ) that lot should keep me going for playday 34.

Looking good - they always look like the front end is toooooooooooo large to me - but what do I know

Thick card and corner balsa sections added to the inner corners - now should I do plaster of paris or individual card sections to make the stone blocks on the model      

Trying to sort out what to do next playday       
Decided to make a town square with buildings and people in 28mm scale.
Have done some research and started to decide with quick card models what size the buildings will be and how to construct them.
