Title: New Home...
Post by: Pen-Pusher on September 08, 2015, 04:23:31 PM
After a decade at the back of the hangar, this ole' lady is going to a new 'shelf' in faraway Goole tomorrow. I'll miss her but wish her well amongst many new friends... 'sniff'

Nice neat camouflage job there PP.  How did you achieve that then?

Was it painted freehand or masked off somehow?  Don't be like all these magazine feature writers and tell us WHAT you did but not HOW you did it - I need the full gory details.  Is it a genuine cammo pattern or a "what if" thing?  Either way, there's a lot of time and effort there.  Great stuff indeed.

It was done freehand to a pattern copied from an old World at War magazine photo. If you're at the meeting tomorrow, I'll bring in to let you have a look-see?
