Oh, its April.
Yes it is indeed April! I always looked forward to the April edition of Soldier magazine as there was a well thought out April Fool's spoof in there. Even more so though, I enjoyed reading the May edition as there was a selection of outraged letters received from irate squaddies who had fallen hook line and sinker for the gag.
I myself was a bad lad today. I took DCOS her morning cup of tea as I usually do and placed it on her bedside table next to her sleeping form. Only this time, instead of sugar, I put in SALT...lots of SALT. Luckily I was at work before she woke up and drank it and as I don't get back until after mid day, she can't get her own back as the joke will be on her. Don't think that will stop her somehow!!! :'(
