That's because we know Colonel Tony's connection is rickety at best so the chances of him getting online again to respond is low, therefore we are reasonably safe from retribution.

No, that's why we're all having a lot off!
He did say his connection was on and off but is looking forward to being able to get online properly to join us here as well as having an idea for a series of articles for the newsletter that he can email me so fingers crossed.
