Also stared this last playday. I finally got around to posting a photo of progress.
The helicopter works are going at full rotation!
I need some 'go faster' juice.

Dave is the man to see...............
It's taken a while but I've got the fuselage almost fully assembled. The tail section has required a bit of bending to fit the rest. Quite a bit of filling is required. It also does not help when I put mounting holes for the external fuel tanks in the wrong place - doh!
Measure twice, cut once, and I still get it wrong!!!

I've got some filler if you need more......... ;) ;) ;)
I have plenty, thanks.
Ready for primer now.
Will it be ready for tonight's meeting?.............
Only joking, looking good.
First camouflage colour applied. Green to be added.
That's a nice even coverage Chris. Well done.
Second camouflage colour applied.
Looking good
Nice disruptive camouflage Chris.
Looks great, did you use Maskol or masking putty?
A type of masking putty - called 'silly putty'. Bought it off ebay some years ago.
Black camouflage bits added with the AK pens (they work a treat).
Now onto the decals.
Nice work. Looking good.
Must try some of those pens.
They're great to use Kev, the pressure you apply dictates the width and coverage, as Bob and I discussed.
Now finished.
Another nice addition to the collection.
Impressive. I like the toasting fork antennae at the front, I've never seen anything like that on a helicopter before.
Looks very nice and resplendent in its markings.
Nice work Chris, one to be proud of.
Another excellent model - well done
Thanks for the comments chaps.
