Started this at the last playday. Just the cockpit built, painted and mounted into the fuselage.
Looks dinky!
I thought is was the A-model kit, not a 'Dinky' hahaha ;D
Fuselage and rotors complete. Just the crop spraying equipment to add.
That rotor assembly looks like you need two pairs of hands to do.
Nice work Chris, looking forward to seeing it in all it's glory.
Could you spray my allotment, I have a lot of caterpillars from Cabbage White Butterflies.

I don't think it's big enough - call for Martin with his hammer.

Well Kevin it was assembled very slowly I kept it on the bench all the time to allow the glue to set.
Do you need a 7 lb or a 14lb lump hammer for the caterpillars - hohoho - always avilable ::) ::) ::)
We had a caterpillar problem last year on our brassicas so this year invested in some netting from Yates' in Malton. Job done.
Nice work too Chris.

You're gonna need a lot of netting........!!
Spraying equipment fitted ( one of three options available ). Now ready for primer.
Almost insect like.
No doubt the downdraft from the rotors will help spread the load?

It does bit.
Insect like or not, it's still a fascinating looking machine and so tiny.
Almost ready for decals.
Nice work Chris. It looks like it has two fire extinguishers on each side, though they are obviously the sprayers.
Will look nice once decalled and rotored up.
Now finished. Luckily I scanned in the decals. A small additional sheet supplied would just not come away from the backin. I managed to print those which I was able to use.
Forgot the photos.
L like it, very sweet.
A nice addition to your collection.
Fully agree with Zak, another great addition to the collection.
