Started this one at the last playday. A dozen parts just for the engine assembly.
A bit like an IBG kit then?
Cockpit assembled, engine assembky painted and tail boom assembled.
Looks as though it will keep you busy.
looks like a crumpled wasp at moment, but in the hands of Chris.........
A beauty will be revealed.
Nowhere to hide on this one Chris and looking very good so far.
Main fuselage all assembled.
Not far to go now!
Whirly Birds again!
Love the open tail work on this type of helo - its looking good Chris
Nice! I was astonished to see a genuine Bell 47 fly overhead when I was out for a run this morning! Slow, clattery, looking like a light bulb attached to Meccano, but very cool.

Going back a few years, I remember a 'Bell 47 Sioux' sitting in the garden of a house in Goathland, together with I think it was a 'Scorpion' tank or similar. Not seen it recently, I wonder if it could of been this one albeit restore to airworthy condition with a new owner.
Strap stretchers either side and you could make a M.A.S.H.of it.
Thanks Chris.
Lots of intricate painting to do on this one.
Now ready for primer.
This is going to take some interesting masking. Hope all goes well.
This will be brush painted - so no masking.
Looking good Chris and definitely a subject where there's nowhere to hide any fumbles.
Hairy stick to the rescue......!
Green top coat on. Some dark earth to plus the detail parts.
Very nice, Whirlybirds here you come.
Finished. Quite a nice model.
Nice, Chris, i have a soft spot for these, must be Whirlybirds and Mash influence.

Very nice job, Chris.
It looks great, and diminutive in comparison to some of your other helicopters.
Great build, well done.
