Title: Keighley model show
Post by: Bob C on September 23, 2024, 11:27:16 AM
Yesterday (Sunday) after an early start, it was still dark outside, three members of the club attended the above show, Dave S,  Bob C and Chris H, Chris's wife also attended. It was a good show it felt a bit light on paying punters.
Francis and Graham was also there with there other respective clubs.
Thanks to keighley model club for putting on the show.

Hi Bob,
Looks like you had a good day, with the crew flying the flag for the club. Nice varied display. Sorry I couldn't make it, I was in Lindisfarne/Holy Island on Sunday.
Hope you didn't spend too much, or too big that you couldn't sneak it in........Ho,ho,ho

There was a guy there who lives in Dundee, said he went to school and ATC with you (Kevin) that is. Aske to be remembered to you.
A lot of comments like "Where is Robbo" and much abuse.

A photo of Tracy's haul on the Tombola. At the risk of Tracy calling me an ingrate sadly for me two of the kits are 1/48th scale!!!! Oh well, beggars can't be choosers!!!

Nice haul Chris,
Could you please ask Tracy to buy my lottery tickets this week. Hohoho

Dave,  thanks for letting me know about another Dave. We met up at Northern model show after about 50 years, strange how things happen.

Bob, glad to hear that you are finally getting under control.

Hi Zak,
Thanks for the YouTube link. I've had a look, and it's nice to see the club display. I didn't notice any film stars though. All shopping I presume?

Nice spread, guys. Great tombola win too - good kits and the book looks very interesting! Apologies for absence; Spanish beaches are such a hardship...
