Yes, I know, but I had to do something while watching the transfers on the Fokker set and dry.
A lot of nice etched brass parts in this kit.
I did scratch build one of these many years ago and so treat myself to a proper model.
Cockpit interior.
some good detail, plenty of metal work.

That's certainly some detail there. Very nice indeed.
Fuselage closed up.
Lower wing fixed.
Bothe wings painted.
Attachment points for the rigging.
Struts at the correct angle.
What speed would you sat you are working at ::) ::) ::) ::)
Slow for me.
Top wing now in place, I really needed three hands/
Engine in position/
Etched panels being painted.

Two!
Moving on at quite a pace Dave. Exquisite.
Rear Lewis gun and bombs.
Looking great the brass adds to the gun a LOT
Excellent detail.
Rigging.
Rigging looking good but what will Haddock say ?
Spiffing!
Well done Zak - you have passed the Haddock test with flying colours - YoHoHo
Just caught up with this build and really impressed with it.
Still lots more rigging to do.
Those double wires at the rear of the wings.
At least it will keep you out of trouble.
Looks really good so far.

The rigging looks ecxellent Dave. You and Haddock certainly come up trumps with the rigging .
Thanks for the comments.
Decals - transfers added.
Gun and prop being painted
Very nice indeed.
Matt varnish just about finished.
That rigging wire needs sorting!
Really good build, rigging look good to me. Fantastic.

Duper
Indubitably!!
An excellent model Dave.
Especially for Haddock.
So the "correction" must be done internally (which would be counter-intuitive) or you pull back the stick to drop the nose,
push to lift it.
Haddock.
